These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, games, and applications published by Digital Chocolate ("we", "us", "our", collectively the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. Where a specific title involves wagering, on-chain betting, or other restricted activity, additional age and jurisdictional restrictions apply and are stated inside that title. It is your responsibility to ensure use of the Services is lawful where you live.

2. Your Account & Wallet

Some Services rely on a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet you control. We never take custody of your assets, your private keys, or your seed phrase. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.

3. On-Chain Transactions

Where a title interacts with a public blockchain, transactions are final, irreversible, and visible to anyone. Network fees, congestion, slippage, oracle delays, and smart-contract risk apply. By using on-chain features you acknowledge these risks. We make no guarantee that any blockchain will be available, performant, or free of exploits.

Important: Nothing on the Services is investment, legal, or tax advice. Games involving wagering can result in the loss of funds. Only use what you can afford to lose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law;
Abuse, harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity;
Use bots, scrapers, automation, or exploits to manipulate gameplay, scores, or economics;
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services or any blockchain interaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, art, audio, code, and content within the Services are owned by Digital Chocolate or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third parties (wallets, app stores, RPC providers, analytics). Their terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Chocolate and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost crypto assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Provisions intended to survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
